FairPlay Terms and Conditions: Complete User Agreement for fairplayonline.cash

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on fairplayonline.cash. FairPlay reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

1.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension.

1.3 Each user may hold only one FairPlay account. Multiple accounts associated with the same user, device, IP address, or payment method may be merged or closed at FairPlay's discretion.

1.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. FairPlay will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

1.5 By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not illegal in your jurisdiction and that you accept full legal responsibility for your use of this platform.

2.1 FairPlay reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification at any time.

2.2 Withdrawals may be suspended pending successful KYC verification. FairPlay aims to process all verification requests within 24–48 hours of document receipt.

2.3 Users must immediately notify FairPlay support if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

3.2 Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. FairPlay reserves the right to extend processing times in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or technical issues.

3.3 All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's name. Third-party payment is not permitted.

4.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, arbitrage betting, or exploiting bonus terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

4.5 Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred user completes a qualifying deposit. Self-referrals are not permitted.

5.1 All bets placed on FairPlay are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market. Market rules are displayed on the betting interface before bet placement.

5.2 FairPlay reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a palpable error in odds, system malfunction, or corrupted data.

5.3 In-play bets are placed at the user's own risk. FairPlay is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent bet placement during live markets.

5.4 FairPlay reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

5.5 Winnings from void bets are not payable. The original stake is returned to the user's account.

11.2 Users may close their own accounts at any time by contacting FairPlay support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

12.1 FairPlay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
